Cougaar Software, Inc. Wins US Army IDIQ for Artificial Intelligence Solution Development

Cougaar Software, Inc. (CSI), an Artificial Intelligence (AI) focused software company headquartered in Fairfax, Virginia, was recently awarded a 5-year $27 million Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (W15QKN-22-D-0033) to provide Human-Machine Collaborative Automated Problem Solving (HM-CAPS) solutions to the US Army’s Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC).

This IDIQ is designed to extend and complete prior SBIR Phase II research and development of the human-machine collaborative decision support capabilities, primarily through the enhancement of previously developed techniques and technologies designed to supplement the capabilities of human decision makers in complex and dynamic environments.
