Product Support - Reporting Problems, Patches and Questions
CSI provides a secure customer support site that provides the latest releases, patches, engineering notes, examples and other resources for licensed ActiveEdge development sites. This site also provides the mechanisms for reporting bugs, posting questions, event sharing code. If you are current customer and don't current use this resource, contact our customer support team to get additional information and establish an account.
Product Releases & Schedule
ActiveEdge product releases are made according to the product release roadmap, available on our product support portal. The current version of ActiveEdge is 1.6, which was available for download to all customers under active maintenance on 1 July 08. The next major release is ActiveEdge 2.0, which will include the new deployment infrastructure, model delelopment tools, execution management instructure, enhanced Situational Reasoning Framework and a host of other powerful features. ActiveEdge 2.0 is expected in the Spring 2009 timeframe.
