Our GSA Schedule

Cougaar Software, Inc. has been awarded a GSA Schedule 70 contract for General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software and Services with specific focus on SIN 132-51 Information Technology Services. The award of this contract is effective February 1, 2006. The initial award is for a 5 year period through 2011, plus three five-year option periods following.

The GSA schedule will allow government agencies easier access to the services and solutions offered by Cougaar Software Inc. According to Dr. Todd Carrico, President/CEO of Cougaar Software, “The award of the GSA schedule is another milestone in the growth of Cougaar Software and the opportunity to offer the use and support of Open Source Cougaar and the associated COTS ActiveEdge intelligent agent platform to a wider government audience for solving their more complex distributed business problems”
